What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and for an additional fee. The reception is open 24/7.
Does the hotel have a lift?
No. Monastery Garden Prague is set in a historic, multi-level building dating back to the 13th century. Rooms are available on the first floor and on the ground floor; however, please note that access to all rooms, including those on the ground floor, requires climbing approximately 20 steps.
Is there a restaurant at Monastery Garden Prague?

Yes and we recommend visiting the Monastery Garden Bistro during your stay. If you prefer to enjoy your meal in the comfort of your room, room service is also available.

The Monastery Garden Bistro is open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except during the winter months (January–March), when it is closed.

Will the restaurant be open during Christmas holidays and on New Year’s Eve?

Yes, the Monastery Garden Bistro will remain open during the Christmas holidays and on New Year’s Eve.

Our special Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus will be published in September. Due to high demand during this festive period, we strongly recommend making a table reservation in advance.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily in the hotel restaurant. On weekdays, breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

If you require an earlier breakfast, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to adjust the breakfast time where possible or prepare a breakfast takeaway package for you.

Do you offer breakfast options for guests with special dietary requirements?

If you have any special dietary requirements or food intolerances, please inform us in advance. We will be happy to provide you with a tailored breakfast selection suitable for vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free diets.

Does the hotel offer parking?

Due to the hotel’s location in the historic centre of Prague, we do not offer on-site parking. Below you will find a list of nearby parking options:

PALLADIUM SHOPPING MALL GARAGE 
Guarded parking, no reservation needed. 
Location: Náměstí Republiky 1, Prague 1 (Entrance from Revoluční Street)
Price: 1100 CZK/24 hours (approx. 44 EUR)
Additional information: Max. vehicle height is 2.0 m. A central option, just a short walk (approx. 10 minutes) from our hotel. 
 
LETNÁ GARAGE

Location: Milady Horákové, Prague 7
Price: 450 CZK/24 hours (approx. 18 EUR)
Additional information: Ideal for those who don’t mind a scenic walk or quick public transport to the city center. Also suitable for buses. No reservation needed.
 
PARKING AT P+R GARAGES (Park and Ride)

Locations: At major metro stops like Černý Most, Zličín, or Chodov.
Price: 50 CZK for the first 24 hours (approx 2 EUR), each additional started hour is for 10 CZK (the cheapest option).
Additional information: Convenient for those who don't mind leaving their car on the edge of Prague and getting to the center by metro. Garages are equipped with a camera system. No reservation needed.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?
We can arrange an airport transfer for you for a fee of CZK 850 (approx. EUR 36). If you would like to book this service, please provide us with your flight details (flight number, arrival time, destination, and your phone number). Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name.
Is luggage storage available at the hotel?
Yes, this service is available to our guests 24/7 free of charge.
What is the location of Monastery Garden Prague?

Monastery Garden Prague is located in a quiet and safe area of Prague’s historic city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter, and Charles Bridge.

The surrounding neighbourhood offers a pleasant atmosphere with a wide selection of stylish restaurants, cafés, wine bars, and local establishments. Within walking distance, you will also find Letná Park, popular for its beautiful views over Prague, as well as the Vltava river embankment, ideal for walks or morning runs.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome, however, please inform us in advance. A surcharge of EUR 25 per pet, per night applies.

A pet bed, bowls, and a small treat will be prepared in your room. For the comfort of all guests and in consideration of allergies, we use designated rooms for guests travelling with pets. You will be allocated one of our rooms with a wooden floor, located in our second hotel building.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

All rooms at Monastery Garden Prague are strictly non-smoking to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. In case of violation of the smoking policy, a cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be charged for special room cleaning.

Smoking is permitted on the outdoor hotel terrace.

Is access to the wellness area included in the room rate?
Není. Monastery Garden SPA představuje privátní wellness zónu, vyhrazenou výhradně pro Vás a Vašeho partnera, v rezervovaném čase. To znamená, že celý prostor je připraven pouze pro dva (max. tři) hosty, včetně klidné a intimní atmosféry s aromaterapií, svíčkami a naprostým soukromím, bez dalších návštěvníků. Z tohoto důvodu je nutná rezervace předem a cena odráží exkluzivitu a personalizovaný zážitek soukromé wellness zóny.
Is the wellness area accessible to non-hotel guests?

Ano, rádi přivítáme i neubytované hosty. Doporučujeme rezervaci předem z důvodu omezené kapacity.

Ano, Monastery Garden Prague nabízí možnost zakoupení dárkových poukazů na pobyty, wellness i gastronomické zážitky.

Na našich webových stránkách naleznete voucher shop, kde si můžete vybrat poukaz na konkrétní hotelové služby, pevně stanovenou peněžní hodnotu nebo libovolnou peněžní hodnotu dle Vašeho přání. Poukaz Vám můžeme zaslat poštou ve fyzické podobě, nebo elektronicky. 

Zakoupený voucher je následně možné jednoduše uplatnit přímo v rezervačním systému hotelu.

Does the hotel offer group reservations?

Ano, skupinové rezervace přijímáme. Skupinovou rezervací se rozumí rezervace 5 a více pokojů. Na tyto rezervace se vztahují odlišné platební a storno podmínky.
