Accommodation Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of Monastery Garden Prague hotel, operated by Nama Prague, s.r.o., Company ID: 41191919, VAT ID: CZ41191919, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 3898/MSPH, govern the mutual contractual relationship between Nama Prague, s.r.o. and the natural or legal person ordering the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1. Subject of the Contractual Relationship
These Terms regulate the provision of accommodation, catering, and other related services to clients of Monastery Garden Prague hotel.
2. Formation of the Contractual Relationship
The contractual relationship between the hotel and the Client is established upon confirmation of the reservation by the hotel. Reservations may be made by telephone, e-mail, or through the online reservation system on the hotel’s website.
3. Description of Offered Products/Services
The hotel provides accommodation services, catering, and other related services. Descriptions of the offered services, their availability, and prices are listed on the hotel’s website.

5. Reservation, Prices and Payment
Reservations may be made by telephone, e-mail, or through the hotel website. Prices are listed on the hotel website and may be subject to change. Guests are obliged to pay for accommodation and any additional services according to the agreed prices.
Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking as a guarantee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card. All payments are charged in Czech crowns (CZK).
6. Complaints Procedure
Clients have the right to file a complaint regarding services of insufficient quality. Complaints must be submitted without undue delay and will be handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations (Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection).
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall primarily be resolved by telephone at +420 725 833 212, via e-mail at gm@monasterygardenprague.com, or in person.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (ADR) may be pursued through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic.
8. Personal Data Protection
Protection of clients’ personal data is a priority for the hotel. Information regarding the processing of personal data is available on the hotel website in the GDPR section.
9. Delivery Conditions
The hotel primarily provides accommodation services. After completing an online reservation, the guest will immediately receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation contains all important reservation details, including stay dates, room type, total price, payment conditions, and cancellation policy.
10. Payment Conditions
Payment for ordered services may be made in cash, by payment card, online payment gateway, or bank transfer. Instructions for bank transfers will be sent to the Client by e-mail.
All payments must be made in full and in accordance with the hotel’s instructions.
11. Contractual Relationship
The contractual relationship between the hotel and the Client is established upon confirmation of the reservation by the hotel. This relationship is subject to fulfillment of all payment obligations by the Client.
12. Withdrawal from Contract and Cancellation Policy (Refunds)
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the accommodation. Cancellation terms and fees are governed by the rules specified in the reservation confirmation.
The hotel is entitled to charge cancellation fees according to the reservation type:
“Non-refundable”
Payment: The total reservation amount is charged on the day the reservation is made and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
“Refundable”
Payment: No deposit will be charged; however, the hotel requires valid credit card details as a guarantee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card, meaning a temporary hold may be placed for the expected accommodation expenses including incidental charges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to two days before arrival (until 13:59). In case of later cancellation or no-show, a fee equal to 100% of the first night accommodation will be charged.
Refunds for cancelled stays in accordance with cancellation conditions will be returned to the bank account from which the payment was made. If payment was made via payment gateway (reservation through the hotel website), the refund will be returned to the same payment card used for the reservation.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication and are binding for all clients using the services of Monastery Garden Prague.

Personal Data Processing Principles (GDPR)
Data Controller
The data controller is the company (hotel/accommodation provider) using this reservation service and managing customer reservation data.
Data Processor
The data processor is Bookolo system s.r.o., which processes reservations through the Booking Engine application and provides the data to the Controller.
Data Subject
The data subject is a natural person who has provided personal data to the controller on the basis of a lease agreement, purchase agreement, service agreement, or another contract concluded with the controller, or on the basis of consent to personal data processing for newsletter subscription purposes.
Scope of Personal Data Processing
The controller processes personal data provided by data subjects or obtained from other lawful sources, including:
- first name and surname
- date of birth
- address/place of residence
- business address
- identification number
- payment card number
- VAT number
- e-mail address
- telephone number
- signature
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed for: performance of contractual obligations, fulfillment of legal obligation, direct marketing purposes, including newsletters and commercial communications pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll. The data subject may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time free of charge.
Necessity of Processing: The controller processes only personal data necessary for the specified purposes. Legal Basis for Processing.
The legal basis includes: consent of the data subject, fulfillment of contractual obligations, legitimate interests of the controller, compliance with legal obligations
Personal data is processed: for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for 10 years, for the period required by law, or until consent is withdrawn
Withdrawal of Consent
Consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn at any time free of charge. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Access to Personal Data
Personal data may be accessed by the controller and selected third parties providing sufficient guarantees for data protection in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
